Hi everyone,

I've made up a list of things you may want to know for Girl Scout Day:

- SWE volunteers:
If possible, wear jeans and a black t-shirt. We will be given a ribbon to
wear along with our name tags.

- Anyone able to set up activities in Benton and Kreger:
We will be meeting at 7:30am in Kreger. Also, we will be needing alot of
help for clean up at the end of the day (we would greatly appreciate ALL
your help!)

- All other volunteers (all those running booths and workshops):
Arrive to Kreger/Benton by 8:30 am. By that time, the SWE volunteers
should have things set up in Benton and Kreger and the SWE volunteers will
be able to have some time to talk to the those running booths and
workshops, and answer any questions they may have.

- The opening activity will be attended by ALL the girl scouts, and it
will begin at 9:30am (i.e. officially, GS Day will begin at 9:30am!)

- Other things FYI :o),
JENNIFER ANDERSON: Will take care of troop registration.
SARAH CRUSH: Will take care of volunteer registration.
MEGHAN KELLY: Will be coordinating activities in Kreger.
ANA CORREA: Will be coordinating activities in Benton.

If you have any questions, please e-mail me!

I hope to see you on Saturday, thank you so much for all the hard work! :o)

Sincerely,
Ana Correa
