Miami University Middletown will offer a program called Kids in College, an
enrichment program for elementary age youngsters, July 19-23.

Three Miami University projects got a total of almost $2.4 million from the
state Monday.  The projects are the science building and Southwestern Book
Depository at the Middletown campus and electrical work at the Oxford
campus.

Award-winning actress Geena Davis is showing off her archery skills this
week at the National Target Championship on Miami University's Cook Field
as she competes to earn a place at the Olympic Trials.  Includes a photo of
Davis at the competition.

posting it on the Internet, and programmers around the world suggest
revisions to the program's developers after finding mistakes missed in the
original code program.  The result is stable, efficient, cheaper and faster

Commentary about summer break becoming busy for children asks the question
"What happened to the vacation in kids' summer vacation?"  He says besides
sports camps there are things like Scout camp or theater camp, and colleges
from Wright State to Miami University will put the kids back in class for
special summer sessions.

The Morning Call (Allentown), Thursday, June 10
Feature on Sally Pont and her book "Finding Their Stride: A Team of Young
Runners Races to the Finish" says she will be working on a book about Miami
University football.  Pont said many famous football coaches started their
careers there, including her father and uncle.

Central State University terminated its former executive director of human
resources in a legitimate reduction in force and not because of sex
discrimination, a federal judge concluded Monday.
