Atlanta Journal Constitution, Saturday, June 19
The Rockdale County schools plan to hire three more psychologists, doubling
the current staff, as part of its response to the Heritage High School
shootings, but actually hiring them may not be easy.  Alex Thomas
(educational psychology), president of the National Association of School
Psychologists, said they are in such high demand that the nation's colleges
can't graduate them fast enough for the market.

Grae Yohe, a 1999 graduate of Ohio State University, has been awarded two
degrees, summa cum laude, a bachelor of science with distinction in biology
and a bachelor on arts with honors in philosophy.  Through an exchange
program with Miami University, Yohe spent a four-month term at the Miami
University Dolibois European Center, where he became fluent in German.

(alumna), a former U.S. poet laureate and winner of a Pulitzer Prize 1987.

Miami University hockey coach, Mark Mazzoleni, is a leading candidate for
the job of hockey coach at Harvard.

Alan Schriber (former economics professor) is chairman of the Public
Utilities  Commission of Ohio, which is poised to tackle one of the biggest
challenges in its history-the deregulation of the state's $11 billion
electric power industry after 90 years.

production of "Oliver!" and exhibits at Hiestand Hall galleries.

new principal of Springdale Elementary School.
