WMUB's 'Listen to your Mama' fundraising campaign ended Wednesday, with
$30,543 pledged from 479 listeners. Our sincere thanks go to everyone who
made a pledge, to our corporate challengers, especially Chuck Berry of
Dayton, to the restaurants who donated meals, and to the many community
groups and  volunteers who answered phones.
 
The total is down from last year, which is not surprising given the format
change to daytime talk shows in March. Over the next few weeks we will be
evaluating the results and what they portend for our future direction.
