Greetings!
The answer is: a first-year female Tennessee Warbler (TEWA), our second in 
a week. The whitish undertail coverts and yellowish underside; combined 
with the short tail, and a supercilium and eye line present make this a 
TEWA--the heavy yellow  wash is common in immatures (hatch-year) TEWA's
