A quick trip to Whitewater State Park and Brookville Lake at Hannah
Creek, Sagamore and Fairfield Causeways this morning, netted
relatively little. Highlights:

Common Loon 19
Double-crested Cormorant 330 (one group of 100 flying north, the rest
in rafts off Hannah Creek)
Wild Turkey 15 (incl. 11 toms displaying in the middle of the road in
Whitewater State Park)
All swallows including BANK SWALLOW 1, my first for the year (and my
123rd species for the Whitewater Valley this year).
Purple Finch 1 singing at Hannah Creek ramp.
