We are beginning our recruitment season for spring and summer help at Caesar
Creek Lake, CJ Brown Reservoir (Buck Creek State Park), Harsha Lake (East
Fork State Park) and Brookville Lake and we need your help. Please share
with interested students. We are willing to consider any major however most often
we attract Biological Science majors. If you can let your students in the
Biological Sciences know about the opportunity, we would appreciate your help.

If you answered "yes" to these questions, this job is for you! We are
looking for students to help fill several Park Ranger and laborer positions
beginning in the spring of 2012.
PAY:
We need a six month commitment from April - September, 2012 or June -
November 2012. Pay is $13.93 / hour, 40 hours a week with some weekends and
holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prefer academic background in natural sciences, wildlife management,
education, or communications. Good communication and leadership skills a
plus, willing to work with children and the general public, ability to work
outdoors. Must possess and a keep a valid driver's license.
DUTIES:
Work under the supervision of the permanent Park Rangers at the Visitor
Center. Major duties are to provide educational programs to school children
and the general public. Rangers will assist with the summer Junior Ranger
program. Work includes developing displays/newsletters, staffing front desk,
working with volunteers, and some office work. Resource management
activities include trail maintenance, habitat restoration, forestry
management, wildlife management, bulletin board updates, and visitation
updates.
