As best I can figure, the three teams currently over 90 species have: 
101[Cuckoos-added Blue-winged Teal and Eastern Phoebe today], 100 [Aves - 
added Am Woodcock yesterday], and 93 [Victorious Egret-added Common Loon, 
E. Phoebe, and Tree Swallow].

This bird quiz is either very easy or very tricky. Both of these species 
can be found in the US at least as far north as the Canadian border [in 
some cases seasonally], although these pictures were taken last week in 
Tamaulipas.
