Hey, folkses!

Have a little news that maybe you'd be interested to hear.  Apparently,
the band has finished recording the demos, they've (the demos, not the
band) been mixed, and mixes were being sorted thru to send out in the
next week or so...specifically, before the band goes on the road next
month.  So this is great news!!!  While I haven't heard said demos
(everything is kept under lock and key at John Heames' house, or so I'm
told;) ), the new songs done live totally ROCK.

Speaking of live, anyone who's gonna be at the Feb. 4 Charlotte show,
or the Feb. 5 Columbia show, come up and say "Hey!"  Haven't gotten my
outfits worked out yet, but most anyone at a Connells show will know
who I am.  If nothing else, I alway stand right up front (for the
Mayflies and the Connells) at stage right.

Happy Superbowl to those of you who like such things (yawn).
Happy...uh...Very Cold Nasty Weekend to those of you who don't!
