events or recent shows, or to get in on a national conversation with
fellow listeners.

11-12: Lee Cullum: Dallas Morning News columnist Lee Cullum joins
Diane for a discussion of genius, and its rise and fall over the past
century. Her new book describes people who've been outstanding in
fields ranging from art to science to music to politics. The title
"Genius Came Early" refers both to the fact that such people often
become achievers at a very young age, and her sense that the early
part of the 20th century produced many more geniuses than did the
latter half.
