Hold students accountable for their actions? WOW what a novel concept!!!!
I thought I was the only one with that idea!!!

Seriously, At Central Connecticut State University we have retro fitted 8
dorms
with sprinklers and have had none activated by students.  Our biggest
problem is freezing
during Christmas recess when no one is in the building to call in when
heaters fail.
