The University of New Mexico has used what was originally the FMS product which
was bougth out by Tiscor. We have had problems with the company and their
customer service which has caused us nightmares. It has come to the point that
we have had to fix our own software problems. We are also dropping the $1000
annual service/warrenty fee since we have not been able to get ANY satisfaction
from their tech reps. The system (again - originally FMS) is working for us but
Tiscor customer service and upgrades are not worth our time.
