        Activist Bill Ayers talks about one of the most radical
political groups in US History -- the Weather Underground -- and the
life he led as a fugitive from justice. Also: returning stolen
shopping carts; book reviewer Lev Raphael.

The Diane Rehm Show (10am - Noon); guest host tba
        Hour one: Refugees in Afghanistan. A panel talks about the
refugees in Afghanistan, the conditions and problems they are
experiencing, and what is being done to help them.
        Hour two: Actress Jean Stapleton is best-known for her role
as ditzy Edith Bunker on the long-running TV show "All in the
Family," but she's currently playing former First Lady Eleanor
Roosevelt in "Eleanor: Her Secret Journey" at Arena Stage in
Washington, D.C.

SPECIAL: NPR coverage with Talk of the Nation's Neal Conan (noon - 4pm)

SPECIAL:" Voices of Understanding" featuring Grenada, Sunday at 4 pm
        In the midst of international tensions WMUB is pleased to
present a group whose mission is cross-cultural understanding and
world peace. This special features Grenada, the National Folk
ensemble of Russia. Recorded on the campus of Miami University August
25, 2001 with the cooperation of Miami's Havighurst Center and
Crosscurrents International Institute. The program features Russian
folk music and a variety of musical styles from other nations,
including the United States.

Monday on Interconnect with John Hingsbergen and Cheri Lawson
        A Spiritual Journey on the Appalachian Trail. Guest: Jeff
Alt, author of A Walk for Sunshine.
