The Earlham College Ornithology class visited Brookville Lake
yesterday afternoon.  Lake levels are now down below summer pool.
Highlights:

Dunlapsville Causeway (Union Co.):

Tundra Swan 24 (present more than a week at this time)
Bald Eagle 2
Red-shouldered Hawk 1 (actively calling)


Sagamore Resort, off Buck Point Golf Course (Franklin/Union Co line):

Black Vulture 1
Canvasback 160 (highest local count of which I'm aware)
Anthya sp (backlit) 45
Long-tailed Duck 2 (females, present nearly a week)
Bufflehead 2
American Coot 200
