We (Robin) found a solution to the reading the input file problem.
the flag "-local" needs to be used. I was able to run this code using
different number of cpus, 2,4,8,12. When I tried 16 I got an error
which I think is related to IB.
myid= 3 myid_row= 3 myid_col= 0
myid= 3 myrow= 1 mycol= 4 ( 1 <= i <= 200) , (601 <= j <= 800)
myid= 12 myid_row= 0 myid_col= 3
myid= 12 myrow= 4 mycol= 1 (601 <= i <= 800) , ( 1 <= j <= 200)
