Subject: issues with IB and cwd.

Xudong:

I compiled a code using mpif90.i and mpif90 (over gig-ethernet)

command to run it:

/usr/local/topspin/mpi/mpich/bin/mpirun_ssh -np 2 -hostfile myhosts xxx <
st.in

DOES NOT RUN:
/usr/bin/env: xxx/usr/bin/env: xxx: No such file or directory
: No such file or directory
0.050u 0.010s 0:00.35 17.1% 0+0k 0+0io 1064pf+0w

It calls /usr/bin/env and resets the path???. It can not see the
executable, so I have to type "./xxx" for it to run.

Under Gig-ethernet:

/opt/mpich/intel/bin/mpif90 -o yyy-gig.x code.f90

/opt/mpich/intel/bin/mpirun -np 2 -machinefile myhosts yyy-gig.x < st.in

IT RUNS.

What is going on??? Any ideas?
