Hi Folks,
For some reason, my Emacs spell check does not work anymore.

1. It used to not save my "inserted" added words.
2. I tried to move the dictionary into my local home directory tree,  
and reset the dictionary ispell uses, but now it thinks that the  
dictionary (a cp of the original) is "not the proper format").  
Further, I cannot reset the dictionary path back to the default.
