Aaron,

I can offer you a couple of examples about how to use the cluster in general and how to run MrBayes in parallel. Can we get together sometime next week?

Subject: Redhawk Cluster

To whom it may concern,

I am a graduate student in Dr. Linda Watson's lab in department of botany. I am interested in using the Redhawk Cluster to run phylogenetic analyses with the program MrBayes. I understand that the cluster has this program installed. I have requested Dr. Watson to sponsor an account for me which I'm sure she'll do. What I would like to know is if you all have any information available that I could use to learn how to use the cluster, specifically for running MrBayes on multiple multiple nodes? I have no experience using computer clusters. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Aaron Kennedy
