I'm trying to run a PAUP job on the Redhawk cluster, but for some  
reason it terminates after an hour. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

This is the job script that I'm using:

#!/bin/bash -l
#PBS -N paup-4b
#PBS -l nodes=1:ppn=2
#PBS -q par_restr
#PBS -q paup
#PBS -m abe

module load paup-4b
paup -n SelectedPBS.nex > SelectedPBS.out
