Actually, poking around their "nextgen" site a bit, I'm pretty
impressed with what they're doing: defining a broad strategic effort
with certain key component efforts. So here's the effort named simply
"collaboration":

... which includes a first step of replacing a hodge podge of stuff
with Google Apps (and I believe one Exchange server for certain
specialized needs?) for everyone. I believe OAE is then couched within
this broader "collaboration" effort.

This is exactly the sort of thinking I've been asking for us to do. Why not?
