DIRECTOR
The McGregor School of Antioch University has a Director of Financial Aid
position available.  The Financial Aid Director administers the Student
Financial Aid Programs by counseling and advising students and prospective
students concerning the available aid programs and how to apply for them,
processing the forms needed to receive the funds, and filing the
appropriate reports concerning the use of funds in a timely manner.  Other
responsibilities include insuring compliance with federal and state
regulations concerning student financial aid programs, conducting financial
aid presentations, communicating with lenders and other agencies to assist
students with obtaining federal student loans, preparing reports and
submitting them to appropriate agents to obtain federal and state grants,
overseeing the disbursement of student loan checks, reviewing financial aid
applications for completeness, accuracy and determination of award,
determining student aid budgets annually.  A Bachelor's degree (Master's
preferred) and three to five years experience working in a College or
University Financial Aid office.  Experience in working cooperatively with
subordinates, peers and others in a team environment.  Thorough knowledge
of regulatory and administration requirements of aid programs.  Experience
with MICROFAIDS preferred.  Ability to communicate with the public,
faculty, staff and students in courteous, professional and quality service
manner.  Must demonstrate ability to work effectively in a diverse,
multicultural environment.   Resumes listing three references will be
