Have you seen Jane Fullerton's 14Jul95 memorandum to the Presidents (on which
 regional campus CEOs were supposed to be copied as well) re "Performance
 Funding"?
If not, I suggest you try to track it down as it states NEW deadlines for
 submission of the data reports.
It now seems that come Sep95 OBOR will provide us w/ a 4mat for submitting the
 data.  Come Oct95, OBOR will give us their portion of the data for the data
 report.  Come 1Nov95 campuses are to submit their data reports.  Data reports
 will be "evaluated" in Nov & early Dec95 w/ the $ (1.5M) handed out later in
 Dec95.
