Hi Rosemary!!!I would just love to get a copy of what you end up receiving.  I
have a sample contract for instructors I will send you - but I am not completely
satisfied with it .. Actually I have heard that Mark Gould has a good one that I
am going to try to get a hold of.  When it comes to contracts for custom traing
, I too would like to develop a good standard format, and would appreciate
receiving what you end up getting.  Have a good holiday season!  Lillas
