After being away for 2 years I thought the pace was excellent. I created a
table topic "in the moment" called Past Lives. Everyone spoke on how they
got to where they are in the biz. It was an excellent opportunity to get
to know one another and how they got to where they are. I think that table
topics that help to build relationships in a social space are part of what
this conference is about. I recommend keeping them. Carrying on topics
from sessions is also a great idea. A little help from the speakers at the
end of the session might help. Specifically, asking or suggesting a table
on that topic facilitated by the speaker at lunch will be available.

Now back to work.
