Colleagues,
 
           Opps - a faux pas - Ralph doesn't like the phrase
'enrollment problems' - he would prefer that the statement read  on
the order of 'enrollment anomalies' (e.g. average credit hour load,
change in graduate workshop) -
 
           So the question should now read - are there any other
institutions 'out there' that are doing budget adjustments due to
enrollment anomalies?  Also, we will be glad to share our data  if you are
interested.
