We award a Certificate in  Management from The Division of Professional &
Continuing Education, University of Texas at El Paso - to those who
successfully complete (75% attendance) six 18-hour AMA courses.  One set of
six courses can be conducted in a twelve month period.  We are 1.5 years
into this program and have 45-50 students in each course.   The demand
mirrors that for our Certificate in Supervisory Development which is a set
of three courses that total 60 hours, and is conducted in Spanish in Mexico
as well as in English at UTEP.  We see no end to the demand for both
programs, which comes from those who do not have a formal education in
Business Administration.
