     I'm a new member to this group, and would like to ask for advice.
     Although I work at Bombardier de Havilland, I DON'T represent them.

     The company's training function needs a new training database system,
     with the following features:

     * Windows 3.x based, running on an Oracle platform,
     *  multi-user capable across a network,
     * able to download information from an HRSUN system,
     * able to generate customized reports built on queries, such as
        rosters and transcripts,
     * able to perform cost accounting,
     *  batch enrollment, and
     * multiple classes as subset of courses - so, enrollment in the
        course automatically enrolls the participants in the component
        classes.

     I'd appreciate any suggestions this group can offer. Please e-mail
     your suggestions directly to me at [log in to unmask] I'll
     summarize and post in a couple of weeks.

     Thanks for helping
