Ditto for me...I received only one page of the fax...I also have a few
questions raised by my team:
 
1) Are we to attend one teacher workshop after EACH teleconference or one
teacher workshop overall?
 
2) Were we expected to do a teacher interview after the second classroom
videotaping? If so, where are the interview questions?
 
3) Are the coaching sessions that will be audiotaped necessarily meant to
occur during the same time as the videotaping?
