The Pamplin College of Business is seeking a high caliber, experience, and
aggressive professional to direct its Management and Professional
Development Programs.  He or she will be responsible for the administration
of continuing-education non-credit programs for all levels of managers in
both the private and public sectors.
 
A minimum of five years experience in higher education administration or
other management experience is desired.  Experience in continuing education
administration and office supervision is desirable.  A master's degree is
required.  A doctorate is desirable.  This position requires strong
organizational skills with evidence of ability to work effectively with
faculty and individual clients, as well as ability to market training
programs for managers and executives.
 
The college enrolls approximately 2,800 undergraduate students and 700
graduate students.  The Director of the Management and Professional
Development Programs reports to the Dean of the Pamplin College of Business.
