MiaVX1 experienced problems again yesterday between about 12:30pm and
1:15pm.  This appears to be the same problem we've seen before.  During
this time, users would have experienced extremely slow or no activity on
the system.  All new connections to the system would have timed out rather
than connecting.  We rebooted the system at about 1:00pm.
 
In the past, DEC has been unable to determine the cause of this problem.
We attempted to collect additional information about the problem as it was
occurring and we hope this will help DEC in their diagnosis of the problem.
