    I'm looking for some one willing to help me over the internet.
I want to improve my English skill,  in fact, for the main thing I
want to improve is my writing skill. What I need badly is to PRAC-
TICE AND PRACTICE. Internet is a good way for me to answer the pur-
pose.
    I ought to tell you that I am a Chinese. If we spend 20 minutes
each time to correspond each other, I am sure that you will find many
interesting things in our culture as well as I can improve my writing
