Two pieces of information:
 
1. Mary O'Dwyer of Oyler Elementary contacted Miami and said that she would
like to have about 20 students to assist her with assessing students.   She is
giving the Informal Reading Inventory to 2nd-6th graders  for the purpose of
gettting reading levels.  She would like a group of up to 20 students to come
for a half or whole day to help give the test.  The school day runs from
9:30-3:00 and the students could come in at 8:30 so that Mary could give a
how-to talk before they begin.

2. I also received the following note.
Dr. Stevens,
Just a reminder - I mentioned to you that I would like to have the requests
for EDP 695 by last Thursday.  I'm sure that I haven't received nearly enough
requests for the semester from your students.
