To Stelliont and Michelle,
No drinking age? Legalize marijuana? Maybe some of you need to consider
the purpose of laws. Some people are simply not logical enough to protect
their own persons and others. For instance-let's consider jaywalking
laws. Some people don't look both ways, and dash in front of cars.
Consequently, jay walking laws are made to protect pedestrians and
drivers. Some people use/abuse substances to get high and escape their
problems (shyness at parties can be considered a problem) To put it short
we need laws to protect dumb people from hurting themselves (remember just
say no? drugs are harmful to our bodies) and from hurting others.
Stay safe everyone
