 Don't look at _me_!  I'm still paying my dues from the video collection! :)
 
 Whoever ends up running this one, I have one suggestion derived from
 my experience in managing the other tree:  KISS (Keep It Small, Stupid).
 Limit the tree to the first 16 respondents who want to be leaves and
 the first 4 who can be branches.  No more than 20!  Latecomers will have
 to wait on another tree. >>
 
 
Remember, we're looking at probably mid-March before the video is converted
over from PAL. This is all just talk so far.
