The Graduate Students of Color are sponsoring a Film Series through April.
The series is about half through but many opportunities remain.  These are
films that you would not otherwise have a chance to see easily so check
your schedule to see what you might catch.
 
The films series is called the GSCA "Common Threads" film festival.  Shows
are every Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. in 101 Bachelor Hall.  There is also
an event coming up on Feb. 25 which is a a Pre-Movie Talk with Barbara O,
actress, filmmaker, etc.  Ms. O will discuss her involvement in the making
of the the film 'Daughters of the Dust" and her other work in film and
health.
 
Please circulate word of this series and try to find the time to join in.
