I dig Curly's Train.  The first time I heard it, I was like "yee haw, is
this a joke?"  But now I realize that although it is a departure from
their usual style, it shows their versatility.

(Then again, I have had this strange urge to watch NASCAR and eat moon
pie.  Probably unrelated.)
