It has taken me longer than expected to summarize the events at the annual
conference, but at long last, here it is.

I have attached two versions: a Microsoft Word (97) document and (for those
unable to read MS Word) a text only version. If anyone should find it
difficult to open at least one of these versions, let me know, and we'll
arrange to get you a copy in some other format.
