Blood pudding is often found in Amish area shops.... Many people are not
aware of the origins of gelatin...yet we snarf that stuff, enhanced as it is
with fruit flavors and coloring...And, by the way, I like fruitcake.

Blood pudding........YUK! Myhusband and I were in London and
Edinborough three years ago (Dec.21st) to get married in
Dalhousie Castle. (Madonna is such a copycat!) At Dalhousie I
had pheasant stuffed with blood pudding. I gave it the good old
college try. My husband loved the haggis.
