It's amazing what people will eat if they don't know what's in it  =)

I myself am not the bravest foodie, but fell in love with a slice of meat
on a buffet table during the overnight ferry ride from Sweden to Finland.
I was somewhat nonplussed when they brought out a fresh platter of the
stuff - they had sliced the meat but left it in its original shape, and I
discovered I was eating smoked tongue! =)    Nevertheless, I ate several
more pieces of the stuff - yummy!!!
