Hello all,

I've been a lurker in this list for quite some time. I was wondering if any of you could offer advice for a first-year Language Arts teacher. I'm starting interviews in Indiana this week. I've subbed for 5 years and have taught at a Sylvan for 2 years, so I do have a bit of experience. Any tips on interviews and beginning the school year would be greatly appreciated. It's been quite some time since I did my student teaching, so, as you can imagine, I've forgotten that advice.
