Brett, This is not the way my messages come. The name of the sender comes first, and then there is the ATEG tag. So I don't think it is the listserv software. Edith Wollin From: Assembly for the Teaching of English Grammar [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Brett Reynolds Sent: Tuesday, June 02, 2009 7:47 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Who sends what Importance: Low I'm a newcomer to the list, so it my be presumptuous of me to suggest changes to the list culture, but I will stick my head out anyhow. The software is set up so that messages appear to come from the list rather than from individual senders as in some other lists. On top of that, there seem to be a lot of unsigned messages. These two factors together make it quite hard for me to keep track of who is writing. I would therefore like to to gently request that people make an effort to sign their messages.
