Just thought I'd address the comment: "John Dews-Alexander won't let us use
graphics."

I in no way govern the "rules" of this email distribution list. In regards
to the list, I only volunteer my time to administrate the server for routine
tasks. The settings that are in place were in place when I stepped in. The
inability to attach images (and embedding them is equivalent to that for our
purposes) is directly related to the restriction on attaching any kind of
file to an email for the list. This is a common safety precaution on public
lists.

As far as I know there is no formal procedure for changing these sorts of
things other than appealing to ATEG's leadership team.
