REGISTRAR The McGregor School of Antioch University has a Registrar's position available. The Registrar provides the leadership, administration, direction and motivation to maintain a quality institutional registration service and insure the accuracy of all student records and reports. Other responsibilities include overseeing all phases of student record services including transcripts, loan deferrals, file audits, notification and mailings, commencement/graduation, accurate record keeping, insuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations, proposing quarterly course schedules and yearly academic calendars, evaluating transcripts for transfer credits and monitoring satisfactory student progress. A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and experience working in a College or University registrar's office. Experience in working cooperatively with subordinates, peers and others in a team environment. Ability to assess strengths and weaknesses of current registrar system and determine system needs for efficient operation of the School. Ability to communicate with the public, faculty, staff and students in courteous, professional and quality service manner.
