With this theme as the overriding focus, plenary sessions and workshops run the gamut in leadership studies. General sessions range from business to politics to sports to education as we explore various leadership contexts. Research topics include reports on both the Astin and the Kellogg projects as well as presentations on recently published books in the discipline. Educators are invited to sessions on establishing a school of leadership studies, students' perspectives of leadership programs, experiential education, collaborative leadership and others. The format for workshops will be small, interactive sessions with leading practitioners in the field.
