A new year seems an appropriate time to ask ATHG subscribers to share their
ideas about research opportunities in alcohol and temperance history: broad and
specific topics, underexploited sources, methodologies and approaches.  In turn
for your participation in this new discussion thread, I make a new year's
resolution for 1997, to send my bibliographical items to Scott Haine for the
SHAR and not clutter the listserv with them!
