Director of Executive MBA Programs

The College of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee,
Knoxville offers a portfolio of innovative Executive MBA degree
programs for working professionals.  We are seeking a Director who
will lead two of these programs.  One is a twelve-month program
designed for upper level managers who fly in every other month,
including one international residency.  The second program is a
sixteen-month Saturday program developed for the regional market.

This position requires an individual who can work effectively as a
leader and visionary of the faculty team and, by personal example,
inspire high levels of quality and commitment.  A Ph. D. in a business
discipline is preferred but an MBA or other business-related graduate
degree will also be considered.  Applicants should demonstrate involvement
with private sector businesses and experience in an academic environment,
preferably in executive education.  Previous involvement in international
activities is advantageous.
