            Hi!
First thank you Victor, you are very kind.
I practice Shotokan about 3 years, into a club from town of Nasaud,
Romania. I have rank 7 kyu.

I'd like know more about martial arts, especialy about art to
eschew ("to keep away from punch", "tai-sabaki"). I'd like to improve my
defense. I do not like to hurt nobody, but I need know how to defense
myself. Which tehnics is better for improve my defense? What
combinations? If the aggressor use weapons (bo, nunchaku, knife)?
Otherwise I'd like to know how to make training home (which
is the optimal trainig - how to manage my time ki-hon/kata). About kata
(rithm - is very important?). If I practice Kata slow (like Taijiquan)
is good?

I am open for any suggestion, from everyone, any stile.

Thanks and apology if my english is not to good.
                Andrew.
