NetNews delays between VM & VMS

VMS (MiaVX1) NetNews stopped feeding VM (MiamiU) NetNews at approximately
5pm Thursday.  This was discovered and corrected early this morning, but
VM is still trying to catch up.  Steve Moore and I estimate the size of
VM's backlog at approximately 15,000 articles, and we hope the backlog
will be eliminated over the weekend.  The backlog is also affecting
LISTSERV list delivery of traffic gatewayed from local NetNews newsgroups.
 
Our apologies for any inconvenience this temporary backlog creates.
