Does anyone seen of heard of an local ordinance that prohibits people from
being on roofs except for authorized repairs. We had a fatality in 1996
when a student feel from the roof of a fraternity house. For the students
now that is ancient history and the greek houses have begun to use their
roofs again. Although, I can get there through the fire codes, but I would
like to pass a town ordinance that specifically addresses this issue. Any
input would be helpful.
