Subject: State Fire School @ Bowling Green Univ.

Hello All,

I am teaching at the Bowling Green University State Fire School this May.

The course i am co-instructing is titiles "Advanced Fire Codes"

One one of the topics I am working on is titled 'Code Enforcement in
Educational Facilities'.

If any one has any information or pictures (slides, etc..) which may help
me prepare for this class, i would to borrowm them if possible.

This course deals with all educational facilities from Kindergarden thru
College.

Most every jurisdiction has some form of educational facility, and most
high schools and colleges have chemistry / research laboratories.

I do appreciate any help you may give

Next year I will be the primary instructor for the course. As I start
planning for next year, if any one who has any ideas/topics or would like
to get some instruction time under their belt please let me know.

John Curlis who is the fire safety officer for BGSU (and a member of this
list) teaches every year at the state fire school, I took John's class last
year on pump operations.

I would like to welcome George Houghton from Ohio University in Athens to
the list. George is new to Ohio U and even the State of Ohio. He has a
strong background in fire safety and fire engineering.

If anyone has anything they would like to share with the list please send
it out.

Have a good day
-Randy-
